June 2004, fellow avid angler John Fliss weighs in with a massive 56-pound dorado (aka dolphin fish or mahi-mahi) on the first day of the 2004 trip. Hotel Oasis staff indicated it is one of the largest in the many weeks of the high-season and true trophy. This monster produced about 25+ pounds of just of fillets! |

June 2005, newcomer, Tom Wagenbrenner shows his stuff battling this 100+ lb Marlin for a 44 minute workout, complete with a couple of unspoolings and tail-walks. Captain Francisco made the conservative weight estimation, and the beautiful fish was eventually released. |
